| I had lunch with Santa last week (I’m the one wearing the hat) and “he’s making a list and checking it twice” and he knows “who’s naughty and nice”. |

| I reassured him that all of you have been good all year long, and that you and your staff all really do deserve a great Holiday Party this year. Santa knows that everyone is having a rough time of it right now, so he asked me “Bernie, what can you do to help?” |

| Well I told Santa that I’d be happy to do my part and help all of my friends this year, and offer my own “economic stimulus plan”. |

| So for any program booked prior to November 16th for this Holiday season (and the Post Holiday season through January 31, 2010), I’m going to offer 10% off any of our Casino Night / Las Vegas Parties or Night at The Derby™ programs and I’m also going to “sharpen my pencil” on all of the other programs and shows that we offer. |

| Santa said that’s great, and as he flew off in his sled, he shouted back to me, “Bernie, thanks for the help and “to all a good night”!” |
